Elven

Meet Elven from Bergen. The cocktail bar opened in 2025 on Vaskerelvsmauet, right in the city centre, and draws on Norwegian nature, storytelling and genuine hospitality.

Drinks are made with quality spirits, house-made ingredients and seasonal produce, and the menu changes through the year. The mood is relaxed and unpretentious, and asking the bartender for a recommendation is just as welcome as ordering a classic. Now Elven is coming from Bergen to Oslo Cocktail Festival.
