Ruby

Meet Ruby from Copenhagen. Since 2007, the bar has been at home in a 1740 townhouse on Nybrogade, facing Christiansborg. The Danish spirits company Det Danske Spiritus Kompagni was founded in these same rooms in 1882.

Ruby has never spent money on advertising and has no flashy sign, yet word of mouth made it an institution in Danish cocktail culture. The rooms are furnished like an apartment, the mood is relaxed and homely, and the aim is great cocktails in a timeless atmosphere. Now Ruby is making the trip from Copenhagen to Oslo Cocktail Festival.
