Meet RØRT from Tromsø. A café by day and cocktail bar by night, built around the idea that modern cocktails should feel as familiar as a visit to your neighbourhood café.

At their home on Sjøgata, simple flavours meet Scandinavian design and music from oversized speakers. Hi-Fi and listening bars are part of the inspiration, with a warm, easy-going welcome at the heart of it all. RØRT opened in late 2025 and is now coming from Tromsø to Oslo Cocktail Festival.
